You can make charge a a one-time gift of up to $500 to your credit card by using our on-line giving tool at which is avaiable at this link.  These gifts may be made as memorials by following the instructions to express your wishes to the Foundation.

You can get information to aid your decision to support the Foundation through deferred gifts at this link.

THE ACLD FOUNDATION IS A TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION UNDER THE TERMS OF SECTION 501(c) (3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
